This policy is provided pursuant to Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR) and the &#8220;Cookies and other tracking tools guidelines&#8221; of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data of 10 June 2021 (&#8220;Guidelines&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Data Controller<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Data Controller is the company Idromec S.p.A., with registered office in Mozzecane (VR), via Roma n. 23, available at the following contact email address: <a href=\"mailto:info@idromecspa.com\">info@idromecspa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. What are cookies and why we use them<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send to their device, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites on the next visit of the same user. This Site uses the following types of cookies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Technical cookies:<\/strong> These cookies are essential to allow navigation of the Site and the use of its features, such as access to protected areas. Without these cookies, the Site could not function properly. They do not require the user&#8217;s consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Legal basis:<\/em> Legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f) GDPR) to ensure the proper functioning of the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Analytical (or statistical) cookies:<\/strong> These cookies collect information on how users interact with the Site (e.g. number of visitors, pages visited, time spent). We use these cookies for statistical purposes in order to improve our services. With these cookies, advertising messages can be transmitted to the user&#8217;s device according to the preferences already expressed by the same user upon online browsing. To install these cookies, the user&#8217;s prior consent is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Legal basis:<\/em> consent of the data subject (Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Detail of the cookies used<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the time of first access to the site, the user is given the opportunity to choose which cookies to install through a special banner. Data provision through analytical and marketing cookies and preferences is optional. Data retention period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duration of each cookie is specified in the detailed table in point 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Recipients of the data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The data collected through cookies may be processed by internal personnel authorised by the Data Controller. They may also be communicated to third parties (e.g. technical service providers, providers of cookie consent management platforms, such as Google and Matomo) who typically act as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The updated list of Processors is available upon request to the Data Controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Rights of the data subject<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As data subject, each user has the right to exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, including the right of access (Art. 15), to obtain confirmation that data concerning them is being processed or not and, in this case, to access such data; the right to rectification (Art. 16), to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data; the right to erasure (&#8220;right to be forgotten&#8221;, Art. 17), to obtain the erasure of personal data, in the cases provided for by law; the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to obtain restriction of processing; the right to object (Art. 21), to object at any time to the processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, each user may send a communication to the Data Controller at the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:info@idromecspa.com\">info@idromecspa.com<\/a>.
