This privacy notice is provided by Idromec S.p.A., as Data Controller, to describe how the personal data provided by the user when subscribing to our newsletter service is processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Data Controller<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Data Controller is the company Idromec S.p.A., with registered office in Mozzecane (VR), Via Roma no. 23; contact email address: info@idromecspa.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Purpose of processing and legal basis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The email address provided when subscribing to the newsletter will be used to periodically send our newsletter containing information and updates on our products, services, events and other promotional initiatives. The legal basis for this processing is the specific, freely given and informed consent of the data subject, expressed pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The provision of the email address and related consent is entirely optional. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to subscribe the user to the newsletter and, consequently, to receive our commercial communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Processing methods and data retention period.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Processing will be carried out using electronic means, including through external platforms for the management and distribution of newsletters. The data will be retained for this purpose until consent is withdrawn, which may be done at any time via the dedicated link at the bottom of each email communication received, or by contacting the Data Controller using the details provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Recipients of the data.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Personal data will not be disclosed. It may be communicated to internal personnel of Idromec S.p.A., duly authorised for processing, and to third-party companies that provide services for the management and distribution of newsletters, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Rights of the data subject<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In relation to their personal data, each data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for under Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, including the right of access, rectification, erasure (\u201cright to be forgotten\u201d), restriction of processing and objection. In particular, each data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before the withdrawal.
