PRIVACY POLICY (Contact Form)

pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

This information is provided by Idromec S.p.A., as Data Controller, to describe the methods of processing the personal data provided by the user by filling in the contact forms on our website.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller is the company Idromec S.p.A., with registered office in Mozzecane (VR), Via Roma n. 23. Contact email address: info@idromecspa.com.

2. Purposes of processing and legal basis

The personal data provided by the user when filling in the form will be used exclusively to follow up on their request for information or support. The legal basis for this processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject, or, as the case may be, of a contract to which the data subject is a party, in all cases pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR.

3. Nature of the provision of data

The provision of personal data is necessary to allow us to manage and respond to the user’s request. Failure to provide the data marked as mandatory will make it impossible to send the form and, consequently, to receive a response from us.

4. Processing methods and data retention period

The processing will be carried out with manual and/or IT tools by authorised personnel, for the purposes specified and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The data will be retained for the time strictly necessary to provide a complete response to the user’s request, and will be subsequently deleted, without prejudice to any legal obligations that impose a longer retention period.

5. Recipients of the data

Personal data will not be disclosed. They may be communicated to internal personnel of Idromec S.p.A., duly authorised to process them, and to third parties (for example, consultants or technical partners belonging to our commercial network) provided that this is necessary to fully process the request. These third parties will operate as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 of the GDPR or, in some cases, as autonomous Data Controllers.

6. Rights of the data subject

In relation to their personal data, each data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, and in particular the right of access (Art. 15), to obtain confirmation that data concerning them is being processed or not and, in this case, access to such data; the right to rectification (Art. 16), to obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data; the right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”, Art. 17), to obtain the erasure of personal data, in the cases provided for by law; the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to obtain restriction of processing; the right to object (Art. 21), to object at any time to the processing of personal data. To exercise these rights, each user may send a communication to the Data Controller at the following email address: info@idromecspa.com. If the user believes that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.gpdp.it), pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take legal action before the competent courts.
