Good work rates,
space adaptability and quality
The CLS series shear balers are also used for heavy-duty tasks; their build quality and efficiency make them unique in the industry.
It is possible to request them in two different configurations: stationary, or with telescopic legs.

The stationary version is more suitable for working environments with fixed layouts and repetitive work. In fact, it has a slightly bulkier configuration, with the control unit on the ground and the cab on a mezzanine, to ensure comfortable work for the operator.

The second, more compact, version can be moved easily and does not require the shear baler to be disassembled for any repositioning within your workplace. In addition, it requires no foundation, and the possibility of raising or lowering the machine facilitates cleaning and maintenance of the less accessible parts.
Thanks to their cutting power they can shear steel, car bodies, pipes, beams and sheet metal. The Hardox 400 steel box provides the robustness you need for safe and efficient work. To meet the needs of our customers, they are available with an electric or diesel engine. Case sizes from 6000 to 7000 mm make it possible to choose the right length for the job to be carried out.
The use of reputable brands, such as Bosch Rexroth and Parker for hydraulics, Siemens and Cummins for the electric and diesel engines respectively, confirms the quality of Idromec baler components.
In order to increase the productivity of the CLS shear balers, it is possible to request the addition of a preload, which reduces the working time.
In addition, with the installation of a special modem, it is possible to have remote assistance (should this be necessary) and significantly reduce machine downtime.
Other interesting options are the addition of cameras with monitors in the cab, to be able to keep an eye on areas where there is a reduced view, or the introduction of a radio remote control, to be able to operate the baler remotely.
If you are looking for a shear baler that can guarantee good work rates, space adaptability and quality, the CLS series is the one for you!
