The material is loaded into a hopper from above and ends up in the compression chamber, where a pusher cube compresses the various materials to the bottom of the chamber. Here, a second cylinder presses in a perpendicular direction and pushes the pressed material through a side door, where the bundle is gradually bound with a steel wire. Thanks to a tying system in a vertical direction, which facilitates compaction, it is possible to handle packs by various means. PR27s can process waste of many different kinds: from plastic to cardboard, sheet metal and timber. You can choose the default programme according to the waste to be processed. The cycle is automatic PLC controlled, with a touch screen panel. The compression of waste facilitates its management by requiring less storage space and lower transport costs for its handling.
The quality of the Hardox 400 walls guarantees its robustness. The box bottom is replaceable for better maintenance and durability of the machine. As they do not require specific concrete foundations and due to their small size, PR27 waste balers can be used in different work environments and moved easily. Transport and positioning are facilitated by the chassis suitable for hooklift transport.
