The best solution
for installations with limited space.
The inclined continuous supply shears in the GS series are perfect for materials with long materials such as pipes, sheet metal or grids. Exploiting the force of gravity results in fast machining cycles and high productivity. The inclination of the surface in fact allows the material to descend as it is cut, without the need for pre-compaction by the operator. A moving floor facilitates this movement, allowing the material to position itself at the cutting mouth where it is clamped by two pressers, for shearing.

The 4 hydraulic lifting legs with integrated locking valves allow it to be used on all types of terrain without the need for specific concrete foundations. This feature, coupled with easy portability, makes them easy to use in different working environments.

Power and Efficiency in One Machine
The GS inclined shears are produced with the latest generation of environmentally friendly Cummins Tier 5 engines. The quality of the hydraulic and electrical components guarantee reliability and robustness.
The GS series is also designed with details to facilitate its use. These include side hoods that can be fully opened for quick and easy maintenance, a fuel tank conveniently located for refuelling, cylinders equipped with intelligent internal stroke-limiting sensors, and an engine start panel with an integrated touch screen panel. Two other standard features that guarantee the operator easy control and use of the machine are: a secondary control panel, located on the side of the shear baler, and a radio control for remote handling.
The inclined shear balers of the GS series offer a cutting capacity ranging from 650 T to 1350 T, in order to meet the needs of every customer. The innovative layout, with a 10% greater surface inclination than its competitors, allows for the processing of materials with more unusual shapes, which would be particularly cumbersome for horizontal boxes.
